I stopped in to see if Gerber could remove some white paint off my brand new black SUV. I had scraped against the garage. Scott B. greeted me and immediately took my SUV into the shop. Within 10 minutes the white paint was gone and the black finish was perfect. Thanks for great customer service!!

Had my Srt8 Challenger in for repair and I have to say the experience was great! Chris F. and Sam R. were awesome! They kept me updated through the whole process and the work that was done was top notch..My plum crazy Challenger was matched perfectly and it was like nothing ever happened when I got it back, So happy I took it there!

I can't say enough good things about this particular shop. They were so professional in terms of answering questions and keeping in touch regarding status updates. I had my car in the shop due to an accident. Believe me I was very upset with myself (my fault) so having a shop that went out of their way to be pleasant and and put my mind at ease about the car was fantastic.

Car was dinged on the side by a bad driver parking and keyed by a kid at the park. This was an expense I didn't expect. Scott walked me through the claims process and fixed the car. They even buffed out a scratch unrelated to the event. Car looks brand new. I am treating it that way even parking farther in the lots. My car even sent emails telling me the progress and that it was having a good time being repaired. They did what was estimated for and did it right.

First came to Gerber when State Farm sent us to fix damage on our new Lexus. Lexus dealer had quoted over two thousand dollars. Luckily, State Farm sent us to Gerber. Next they helped when I clumsily ran into the same door frame on the door of our coop's garage (in my defense it is a building from the 20's before the 350!) but still everyone was super polite as they fixed the same problem twice in twenty four hours. Today Gerber on Halsted (the best!) put new Texas plates on the car. We had been getting tickets for only having one plate on the car, so we finally got two Texas plates which then I couldn't find anyone willing to trouble shoot putting a license bracket and plate on the front of a Lexus that clearly wasn't intended to have a plate.
