I could not imagine being treated any better. I forgot to ask my service adviser to buff out a mark on another part of the car. They buffed it out at no additional charge. My car was ready two days before promised. It was detailed and they gave me a $100 coupon at the register. Fantastic! I am a customer for life!

Gerber Collision provided me with excellent customer service and quality repairs to my vehicle. From the receptionist to the estimator; everyone I encountered at this location left me with a good impression. I was provided an estimate of when my vehicle would be ready for pick up and they were true to their word. God forbid I find myself needing auto repairs again, but if so- I would return to this location without a second thought. I highly recommend their services

After an unfortunate run in while parking, my bumper came completely off. I was panicked at how much it would cost and where I would even go to fix it. Recommended by my dealership, Gerber was amazing! Not only was the service fast, friendly and professional, but my bumper was reattached free of charge! Overall a wonderful experience! I would recommend Gerber to anyone looking for collision or glass work.

I was VERY pleased with all aspects of the service I received. My daughter was in her first accident and rear-ended someone. The car is a 12 year old Camry with almost 200,000 miles on it. They were very understanding about it being a high school car and us just wanting it to be safe for her to drive. We were not concerned with how it looked. They did the minimum that needed to be done for a very reasonable price. They even had it done ahead of schedule. I even referred the lady that she hit to have her vehicle repaired there. I certainly hope we do not ever need their services again, but if we do, I would not hesitate to go straight there and have them repair the vehicle. I would also highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.
