I had my car repaired at this location, and wanted to compliment the estimator, Ben. Ben provided excellent customer service, and was able to schedule an appointment within a week of me speaking with him. He took the time out to call me to let me know when my car was in the shop being worked on. He also called me one day earlier than my promised return time to let me know that my car would be finished by the end of the day. He was a pleasure to speak and deal with and has exemplary customer service skills and is an asset to Gerber.

I have had my truck in there twice now, unfortunately for me, but these guys really treated me well. They do AWESOME work, top quality, and are there to make the customer happy! I have worked with Mike, one of the managers there, both times, and he is a straight shooter and will tell you exactly what is going on with your vehicle, and if something isn't "perfect" in his eyes, he will do everything to make it that way. These guys are the best! Highly recommended!

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! My car looks great!!! I wasn't so sure how my car was going to look with the amount of back end damage but it looks like new. The paint is also a PERFECT match! I even got my car back 8 days earlier than expected. Gerber always gave me updates on the progress of my car. Scott was great to deal with and office staff VERY knowledgeable and friendly. When I dropped my car off for repair my rental was there waiting. The entire experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Gerber for any collision repair.

Chris, the estimator was great; very efficient and congenial. Lizzy, who manned the front office, was great as well. Gerber has two wonderful representatives in these two. They went out of their way to get my car back quickly (just a little over two days - amazing) and the repair job looks perfect. Thanks to Chris and Lizzy, and the crew I didn't meet, this was a very pleasant expirience. I could not be more pleased.

What a great team at the Crystal Lake Gerber location! Friendly and knowledgeable. Joe walked me through the process every step of the way and I he made sure I understood what they were going to do to the vehicle, but also how long it would take. He set up my rental car and kept me informed on the progress of the repair work. No one ever wants to get in an accident and have auto body work done, but the team at Gerber made it a bit less stressful. Thank you!
