I have never experienced such a wonderful team environment until my visit to Gerber in Schaumburg, IL. Everything was done as promised and everyone gave us exceptional treatment. and courtesy. Communication was excellent throughout and they paid close attention to the smallest details in the repair.

I was VERY pleased with all aspects of the service I received. My daughter was in her first accident and rear-ended someone. The car is a 12 year old Camry with almost 200,000 miles on it. They were very understanding about it being a high school car and us just wanting it to be safe for her to drive. We were not concerned with how it looked. They did the minimum that needed to be done for a very reasonable price. They even had it done ahead of schedule. I even referred the lady that she hit to have her vehicle repaired there. I certainly hope we do not ever need their services again, but if we do, I would not hesitate to go straight there and have them repair the vehicle. I would also highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.

Everyone at this location is the best! My husband & I both have had work done here over the last year. I returned because of some loose trim that may or may not have been from the previous work. There were no questions and they fixed it immediately. Our other car needed a new windshield paid for by our insurance, and they buffed out the adjacent area at no charge. We wouldn't take our cars to anyone else. They are professional, quick and very accommodating!

Everyone we dealt with at Gerber was very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. All of the personnel were very professional and our experience with Gerber was excellent. Jessica and her assistant did everything they could to make our visit very pleasant. This is our second time dealing with Gerber in the last few months and we are very satisfied with the repair work and the employees.
