Aleise kept me informed on the progress of my car. Ray went over the car with us when we picked it up. He was very informative on what had been done and wanted to make sure we understood everything about the repair. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking to have body work done on their car. Ray was a very good representative of the company.

Gerber Collision and Glass repaired my vehicle back in June 2015 after a hailstorm. I wrote a review back then applauding the excellent customer service rendered by one of its estimators Mr. John T. I was parked in a grocery store parking lot several months after my initial repair, when I discovered a shopper had scratched and damaged my vehicle down through the paint and metal. I returned to have my vehicle repaired at Gerber, but this time rather than go through my insurance I paid out of pocket. I was assisted again by Mr. John T and Mr. Mario M. Both these gentlemen were not only fair and reasonable regarding their estimate, but I found John and Mario to be extremely polite and professional; and they both offered stellar customer service. I also had the occasion to meet Nick the General Manager, and I found him to be very polite and ... professional as well. (Polite customer service resonates well with me, and keeps me coming back for more good service when I spend my hard earned dollars). As a retired trial lawyer in two states, both in Texas and Illinois, I have had the occasion to do business with lots of merchants, however I have discovered none equal to my customer service experience at Gerber. Hello, I expressly stated at the time of repair estimate I would need my car before I went out of town for vacation. My car was repaired the same day I dropped it off. I asked at the time of estimate were there any discounts I was eligible to receive. Luis was able to issue me a $100 discount. Although I sorely hated to have to spend the money to repair the damage I made to my vehicle, Luis did everything he could to provide exceptional service and I was not Inconvenienced at all. I truly received 5 star service!
