Prompt, Courteous and Very Professional. Rental Car Promotion very helpful and customer focused Auto Body repair excellent and you cannot even tell where the initial damage was. They stand by their workmanship with Lifetime Guarantee. Young ladies for office admin also very courteous and customer focused. I plan to bring my other auto for minor body dents and paint repair within next 30-60days

After, the collision I didn't know what to expect. I received a call, a message was left, after Gerber received the paperwork from the insurance. We set up an appointment scheduled a date. When I arrived I was announced and this young lady Kristen came to greet me. I showed her the damage, she escorted back in the shop. Kristen went to work, explained the procedure. I dropped my vehicle, the rental service, picked me up. Kristen knew how uncomfortable I felt about the rental car, and the estimated time for the repair. She worked on getting my vehicle sooner than, the original quote. My over all experience, in a heart beat I would encourage anyone to see Gerber Collision and glass. They even washed my vehicle. They are the best! Thank you

My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was awesome! Rob was my go to person if I had any questions about my car. Katelin was very friendly and helpful too. This company will be my first call if I need collision service again. Hopefully I won't!

I had my car repaired at this location, and wanted to compliment the estimator, Ben. Ben provided excellent customer service, and was able to schedule an appointment within a week of me speaking with him. He took the time out to call me to let me know when my car was in the shop being worked on. He also called me one day earlier than my promised return time to let me know that my car would be finished by the end of the day. He was a pleasure to speak and deal with and has exemplary customer service skills and is an asset to Gerber.

I have had my truck in there twice now, unfortunately for me, but these guys really treated me well. They do AWESOME work, top quality, and are there to make the customer happy! I have worked with Mike, one of the managers there, both times, and he is a straight shooter and will tell you exactly what is going on with your vehicle, and if something isn't "perfect" in his eyes, he will do everything to make it that way. These guys are the best! Highly recommended!
