The customer service at Gerber was awesome! They were very polite and considerate. My van was finished a couple days before they estimated and they sent texts daily to update me on the status. I've never had a repair place treat me so nicely. They even buffed out a few scuffs that weren't part of the accident. Thanks Gerber for making it easy! I will return if needed and recommend you to others.

I totally recommend Gerber!! I should have written a review before because they have serviced my cars a few times already.. Great customer service and they keep you informed on your car. I had Luis as my estimator and he was super nice. They will always be my go to spot if I ever need repairs.

Great experience with Gerber. My car was brought in for hail damage and I was pleased with the work completed. As far as Customer Service, it was great! June was very friendly and helpful. Great Customer Service truly goes a long way.

Gerber Collision & Glass truly know how to take care of their customers. After a bad wreck, my car was towed and arrived in the lot after office hours. A few employees were still there and took the time to talk with me, gather my information, and offer comfort in the process of insurance and repair. I worked directly with Luis, who was constantly providing updates; he was honest, efficient, and trust-worthy. My car was repaired 14 days ahead of schedule and the work done was top-notch!

I was devastated when I got into an accident that left the back end and side of my car ruined. The bumper was hanging off, the hatch was damaged, the left back side was banged up. And on top of that, I only bought the car two months ago. Gerber fixed my car up like brand new. There was TONS of work done on it, new doors new bumper new tail lights, emission work done, and completely repainted. I can barely see the dings and scratches from the prior owner now. I'm happier with my car than I expected to be. 5 Stars I Highly Recommend Gerber!

My 2012 Nissan Versa was newly bought two months before my accident and I was very upset to see the rear end of my car completely totaled. When I picked up my car from Gerber, I was ecstatic to see that it looked brand new. I've never been in an accident before so I didn't know what to expect; whether they would just bump out the dents and try to cover most of the minor damages. I didn't think they would replace the hatch and the back door, and re paint the entire car! It looks brand new.

Geber did a great job on my car. Not only was the staff nice and helpful, but they got my car done 2 weeks ahead of schedule! They took a horrible experience (car accident) and made it into a good one. Thank you Gerber!
