Raul and his colleagues were fantastic with communication, quality work, and being timely. On top of that, as a courtesy, the Gerber team removed scratches from my car that were not part of my original service. It is very rare to get people in the auto service industry that are as well trained, polite, knowledgeable and timely as Raul and his crew. Well done.

These folks at the Schaumburg, Estes Ave facility nailed a home run on repairing my 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee front end accident issues. Though she's got a lot of miles and the accident was not my fault and paid for by others. The manager Mr. Henneken and his crew made my jeep repairs look like it just came off the production factory floor. Though the front end was where the primary damage occurred, their attention to detail, even on the interior of the car ie: cleaning it up and such was outstanding as well. This vehicle owner has no problem of recommending this same crew at Estes Ave for collision and related auto body repair folks to anyone in a similar situation. I'm very impressed with their service and their hospitality. From the front desk to giving me back the keys they made me feel that I made the right choice in coming to them. I will hands down use them again and definitely recommend them. They constantly gave me updates so I knew exactly what stage my car was at and when. A++ service!! My second car in a few months, and extremely professional and quality work! Very personal as well!! Rick is the main repair guy I dealt with, and he got my car back earlier then expected before Halloween weekend so I could transport my 3 young boys in our minivan to Grandma's to trick or treat!! Minty is great customer service, and Don is the nice GM! Highly-AWESOME-ended!! :-)

My repair was done very quickly, I was kept in the loop about each step of the process, I got my car back a week early, and they even repaired a faulty connection in my sunroof, which wasn't part of the collision damage. All in all, a great experience, and I will definitely return here if I ever have the need.

From the start, Bill G. was pleasant, customer oriented and truly seemed interested in making my collision repair as smooth as possible. The repair was completed a couple of days ahead of schedule and Gerber offered a free rental while our Camry was being repaired. When we picked up our car Bill , personally, also used some rubbing compound to remove a couple of scratches on an area that was not related . to the repair.. Overall I don't think the "experience" could have been any better.!! Great Job, Gerber and a special THANK YOU to Bill G. We will be recommending Gerber and Bill to our family and friends.
