From the start, Bill G. was pleasant, customer oriented and truly seemed interested in making my collision repair as smooth as possible. The repair was completed a couple of days ahead of schedule and Gerber offered a free rental while our Camry was being repaired. When we picked up our car Bill , personally, also used some rubbing compound to remove a couple of scratches on an area that was not related . to the repair.. Overall I don't think the "experience" could have been any better.!! Great Job, Gerber and a special THANK YOU to Bill G. We will be recommending Gerber and Bill to our family and friends.

I was very pleased with the quality of work, attention to detail and resourcefulness demonstrated by the Gerber LaGrange team. They repaired and refinished the rear trunk lid on my classic dark blue Oldsmobile Cutlass. It looks beautiful! They worked closely with their paint supplier to match the original factory color, using the latest "paint technology". Ongoing communication throughout this job was great and I was kept informed of all progress. I noticed a number of other craftsmen in this shop carefully restoring other cars to "like new" condition, with the same attention to detail. I would definitely bring my car back to this facility. Thank you for a job well done!

Amazing staff and team who is a well oiled machine! From Rick who gave me updates every few days, to Anthony's friendliness on the phones, to Don doing a final check but never just sitting behind a desk, to Mindy who pulls the whole place together. It was dealing with people I've know for years , and this store should be model for all others. It's nice to see such a large company go "old school", and teat a customer like more than a number just awaiting a check in hand. I've used and recommended a local company for windows for years but now you will be the first on my list. Not only was my car looking as good as new but was detailed inside and out( nice touch). I wish I could give this shop more than 5 stars. To say my experience with them was exceptional is an understatement! Tony is awesome and goes above and beyond and then some for his customers, and Ruth is so welcoming and friendly! The text update service is so great because it helps put the car owner at ease knowing what stage of the process the work is at. Getting calls from Ruth about updates is awesome as well because it shows how much they truly value their customers and making sure they're in the loop. I was devastated when my car was hit in an accident, but after Tony and his crew were done with it, it looks better than the day I got it!! I could not be happier!
