I would have given them 5 stars but for one thing. They were courteous, attentive, fixed the car in a timely manner. There is small frozen clearcoat drip on the back of the car where they fixed the damage that was done to the door. I am thinking of returning to have it fixed but I do not want to be without a car for a day or more again.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable and the only surprise I had was my car being done before I expected. Came in for an estimate on a small ding on the car door caused by the wind pushing the door into another car. After an initial estimate the estimator asked the general manager to look at the ding. He had a tech look at it and repair it for free within 15 minutes. Very nice and accommodating employees and a considerate manager. I would definitely go back there for any accident repair. A nice and resonable place to do business with.

Excellent service! Highly recommend! From the start first met Pamela when inquiry on phone and in person to make the repair appraisal and appointment. Pamela was friendly, informative and always a pleasant response when calling for status updates. Jim the nice guy who provided the estimate for repair and followed through with insurance matters to get the job done. Raul who called and actually left a message regarding repair status, seems nobody leaves messages anymore?! I did not get some of the other's names but I wish to Thank one and all for the Excellent service! Hope I don't need body work again but if so I know where to go to get it done! Regards,

Gerber Collision did a great job fixing my SUV! A CTA bus damaged my vehicle and it didn't seem if I would get my new vehicle look back again. Gerber reassured me and they did exactly what they said they would do. I definitely recommend Gerber Collision. Make sure to ask for Aaron S. (He's the best).

I stopped in for an estimate on a minor repair and was able to have it taken care of while I waited. I was absolutely blown away by the friendly service and attention displayed by Diane M. and the staff at Highland Park. This was my first visit to Gerber and should the situation arise again, it will be my immediate choice for any repair needs. They were fantastic.

The absolute BEST customer service. William G., my estimator, walked me thru the whole process. He explained everything in detail and delivered on the promise to take excellent care of my car. He is a total asset to Gerber. I was told three days for my repairs and was delighted when I was driving out of the lot 33 hours later with excellent repair work completed. And Bill was there to shake my hand and thanked me for trusting Gerber with my repairs. From the receptionist on the phone when I first called to each and every encounter including the service and car rental handled so professionally and quick by Enterprise.
