Can't say enough about the service here. Starting with Jesse and the preliminary estimate and ending with Freddie when the job was complete. Both took the time to answer our questions and both were very knowledgeable about the repairs. Outstanding customer service is defined by open communication, and I was given updates via text and calls.The staff here at the Orland Park 153rd street store are a credit to your organization. And yes they are Highly - wreck-commended!!

The car needed a "re-paint" job of the hood after original application of almost 10 years ago. It was done beautifully; the attitude of the manager was not only polite but gracious and without hesitation---the workmanship was covered under their warranty and done WITHOUT COST to me. The staff was welcoming. I so appreciated the hassle-free reception and that the work was still covered under the warranty. I would not to go anywhere else. Thank you Gerber and Patrick.

I would have given them 5 stars but for one thing. They were courteous, attentive, fixed the car in a timely manner. There is small frozen clearcoat drip on the back of the car where they fixed the damage that was done to the door. I am thinking of returning to have it fixed but I do not want to be without a car for a day or more again.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable and the only surprise I had was my car being done before I expected. My daughter and husband had recommended them to me so now they have two highly satisfied customers that will recommend them to friends and family!! Thank you to the staff of the lives park location!!

Came in for an estimate on a small ding on the car door caused by the wind pushing the door into another car. After an initial estimate the estimator asked the general manager to look at the ding. He had a tech look at it and repair it for free within 15 minutes. Very nice and accommodating employees and a considerate manager. I would definitely go back there for any accident repair. A nice and resonable place to do business with.

Excellent service! Highly recommend! From the start first met Pamela when inquiry on phone and in person to make the repair appraisal and appointment. Pamela was friendly, informative and always a pleasant response when calling for status updates. Jim the nice guy who provided the estimate for repair and followed through with insurance matters to get the job done. Raul who called and actually left a message regarding repair status, seems nobody leaves messages anymore?! I did not get some of the other's names but I wish to Thank one and all for the Excellent service! Hope I don't need body work again but if so I know where to go to get it done! Regards,
