This is my second mishap with my vehicle & have used Gerber on both occasions. staff is courteous, professional & put you at ease the moment you walk in the door. On my second repair, they ran in to some difficulty w/parts & covered the cost of my rental for the extra week! Also made another repair unrelated to the accident & split the cost with me since it was out of pocket & they were a week late. Aces in my book... would definitely recommend to anyone. This was our first time working with Gerber. The office manager/administrative individual at the front desk was amazing. She made the process easy to understand and pain-free. Everyone there was great from Kelly the taken in and scheduling rep., the estimator Scott and the mngr. Enoch. The process was fast courteous and everyone did what they could to make it a pleasant experience and the repairs were completed fast and the whole process was easy and I would s recommend them with no hesitation

Mr. Mario was a pleasure to work with. He called me every Tuesday and Thursday to keep me updated on the auto repair. He made sure that everything was in order and gave me an great experience with Gerber Coll. Office. I have came to learn and love the staff. This is a wonderful place of business. This will be my first choice for any other services I may need. Mario was phenomenal!!!

I want to Thank Gerber Collision in South Holland, the service was fantastic, all of the employees were great, I would like to send 2 shout outs to Mario & the young lady at the front desk, I forgot her name, but their Customer Service was GREAT, I am a Manager for Kohls so I know great service, I have already passed the good word around my job, I need to get more of u all business cards, I give this company on a scale from 1 - 10 a 10 +++. I was there twice in a matter of weeks. My car & then my daughter car, I was a nervous wreck, but the experience with your company made me feel at ease, as much as I love u guys. I don't want to come back at all, but if I have to I would run back. Thank You Gerber
