Regarding rear window washer repair/corroded plastic cord. I stopped by Gerber for professional advice and received excellent advice and repair service. Manager Mario analyzed my repair problem immediately and within 30 minutes, repair was completed at no charge! Both Manager and Technician were very professional and knowledgeable about my repair. I really appreciated the service of received. I hit a deer unexpectedly and Gerber fixed it as good as new - it was amazing! They gave me a rental car for the duration of the repairs and they were really helpful and called me with updates before, during and after. It was great. I had a little mishap getting out of my garage after a bad snowfall and I damaged the lower passanger side of my car. I went over to Gerber an Mark took a look at my car and said it could be buffed out. I said that I had tried but didn't have much luck. He took the car in the back and buffed it out. It came out beautifully. I thanked him and said what do I owe you. He said there is no charge. I was so pleasantly surprised. What wonderful service. Thank You
