Had 2 body repairs done from 2 separate accidents within 6 weeks. This shop is clean, very professional staff, accommodating, and they have a process in place that makes for a quick and simple experience. Pricing was fair and honest, June is outstanding, Chris, John and team are all very kind and empathetic. You receive prompt text notification on the status of your vehicle, they have a easy process with Enterprise Rental, and with both repairs were done ahead of schedule.

The service was great and timely. I was fully informed throughout the entire process. The single best part, the part that motivated me to write this review, was when the young man brought my car out to me. He asked, "What do you think?" and I could tell he was sincerely curious whether I was happy with the work done. I told him it looked brand new and he/they did a great job. The young man then put his hand out to shake mine. If everyone could take as much ownership and pride in their work as that young man, then the world would truly be a better place. You should seriously consider him for a promotion and a generous pay raise.

Repairs were completed within estimated time and cost, went out of their way to ensure my vehicle was returned cleaner than when I brought it in -- including some paint from scrapes along the garage door. Polite, courteous, service over the top. Scott runs a tight ship and keeps everyone happy.

In the 55 years I have been driving, I have never had an accident that I caused, but that changed when I backed in my contractor's tailgate. State Farm recommended Gerber and I am so happy I took their recommendation. The staff there were professional, thorough and thoughtful. They apprised me of the job status and met my plea to have the work done in 5 days rather than 7. I highly recommend them.

Thank you to Dana (the estimator) for keeping my folks informed and updated on their car. Dana called them frequently on the status of the repair and explained this clearly and compassionately to elderly people. They even got the car back earlier than anticipated. Their car looks wonderful! We will always bring our cars back in the future.
