Gerber Collision did a great job fixing my SUV! A CTA bus damaged my vehicle and it didn't seem if I would get my new vehicle look back again. Gerber reassured me and they did exactly what they said they would do. I definitely recommend Gerber Collision. Make sure to ask for Aaron S. (He's the best).

I was absolutely blown away by the friendly service and attention displayed by Diane M. and the staff at Highland Park. This was my first visit to Gerber and should the situation arise again, it will be my immediate choice for any repair needs. They were fantastic.

The absolute BEST customer service. William G., my estimator, walked me thru the whole process. He explained everything in detail and delivered on the promise to take excellent care of my car. He is a total asset to Gerber. I was told three days for my repairs and was delighted when I was driving out of the lot 33 hours later with excellent repair work completed. And Bill was there to shake my hand and thanked me for trusting Gerber with my repairs. From the receptionist on the phone when I first called to each and every encounter including the service and car rental handled so professionally and quick by Enterprise. I was very impressed with the knowledge and friendliness. I absolutely loved the text updates!!!! Cute and informative. Thank you. I would recommend this location to everyone. Remarkable service, 800 358 0996high is what I have grown to expect, especially if Jim is involved. I went to his previous location only to find out he was at a new location. So, I went to find him. Minor repair for Jim, not so for me. Previously worked on it, maybe I messed it up?? Talked to Jim. 5 minutes later repair was complete (done right this time). Jim handed me the keys and said "you're ready to go". I asked how much I owed him. He chuckled to himself and said "nothing, it was a simple fix". I committed to him that I will continue to refer Gerber, especially Jim to any and all that need work done. This was my third interaction ith Jim. While I hope there will never be another need to see him, I KNOW where I'll go for future work. Thanks Jim.

All the people at Gerber that I dealt with for my auto repair were very courteous and helpfull. They explained exactually what had to be done to repair my vehicle, and how they were going to do it. They set a projected timetable for the repair, and either called me or texted daily to let me know how the repair was going. They arranged for an Enterprise rent a car, which was ready when I dropped my vehivle off. The way I was treated, and the quality of workmanship on the repair was very professional and extremely top notch. I would certainally recommend Gerber to anyone who need this type of service.

I stopped in without even making an appointment and asked for Jason, who had been recommended to me. He came right out and kindly inspected the damage on my car, then gave me a thorough explanation of what would be involved. Since the repair was likely to me more than the car is worth, I will face some decisions. Jason even helped me get the trunk open so I could extract some belongings, and he did this without charge, taking time away from other demands. I sensed that the other Gerber staff were likewise very service-oriented. Thanks, Gerber!

I had great service at Gerber! My car got hit while I was shopping and someone left a big dent in my passenger door- when I dropped off my car at Gerber, Scott B. explained how they would fix it. I got my car back in a day!!! When I picked up my car Carie at the desk was so nice! I really liked the treatment I received!

The people at this location are great! The quality of their work is excellent and their customer service is exceptional. They make it easy to do business with them. If great customer service is delighting your customers, consider me delighted! They even sent someone to pick me up today when my car was ready so I didn't have to ride my bike to their location in the rain. That's real service and very much appreciated.

I was very happy with the service at Gerber Collision! I hit a deer in my Yukon, they fixed it within 8 days including a weekend and it looks great. They also detailed inside and out! I would highly recommend Gerber Collision!
