Their lovely Administrative Assistant greeted me when I arrived and offered me tea. Ken explained the necessary repairs and went over the paperwork with me. My repairs were done in less than 4 days and not the estimated 7 days. Great job on the repairs! My car looks new again! Thank you!

I was very satisfied with the work performed. Everything was delivered on time and kept to schedule, from the greeting at the reception to picking up the car it was an overall pleasant experience. Marlon was very thorough in getting the front bumper fixed right. I had done the same work elsewhere and had to try someone else because it wasn't done correctly, came here and now the problem is gone. May God blesses Marlon and all his team!

Wow a outstanding job Gerber did my car ready before the date they told me. Everyone so helpful and nice Jessica what a worker she is while waiting for them to pull up my car she was running around answering calls talking with customers in the waiting area what a worker! Gerber thank you and I will make sure to tell my friends what a great job you all did.

Had to point out couple of things wrong w my car after it was fixed but it was addressed very quickly very attentive shop nice attitudes although I wasnt very pleasant.

I was very pleased with the jobs they had done. The service was outstanding, they were very helpful, and they guide me throughout the process that includes the rental. Wow, wow, wow!! I can't begin to describe how happy I am with Gerber Collision & Glass. My car was a total wreck and now it looks and feels brand new. Jessica and everyone at Gerber is amazing and they even finished my car a full week early! 5 Stars Rating all the way.

They would also send emails with current updates. Danielle on the phone was also very helpful. Everyone here was just great. Reception girls were great - they immediately made me feel at home - It seemed that they were very happy to meet and see me thus making me also happy. 2. The estimator Lucy was equally great. She gave me a feeling as if I am talking with my sister. 3. The work done was equally great, could not have been better. 4. Because I was paying from my pocket, they gave some discount too.
