I just picked up my repaired car from Gerber and it may sound weird but, I feel pampered and cared for! First, I never waited any more than 5 minutes for any of my visits to the office. The followup via text and personal phone calls were very helpful when planning my week. The front office staff were clear and informative regarding future car care since there was painting done. My car looks fantastic!! And it was detailed to perfection (insert pampered). When I took off I notice a reusable Gerber Collision & Glass bag filled with Gerber Goodies (insert pampered). I thought Moms were the only ones that did stuff like that. Thanks Gerber Collision & Glass for my first repair experience being so nice.

I called Gerber with an issue with my front bumper. The woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and let me know I could bring it right in and the possible outcomes that might occur. When I arrived, Ray examined my car and quickly resolved my problem. He made sure I knew what had gone wrong and exactly what I needed to do next. I arrived in a car that was unsafe to drive with a great deal of anxiety about what was going to happen and how expensive it was going to be. Within a short time of arriving at Gerber, Ray had me back on the road in a safe vehicle. The experience I had at Gerber with Ray and the staff was extremely positive. I am very glad I chose to bring my car there, and they will definitely be my first choice every time.

I HAVE HAD A VERY SATISFYING EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR ASSOCIATES AT YOUR ORLAND PARK FACILITY. THE REPAIR WORK DONE ON MY CAR CAME OUT JUST LIKE IT CAME OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR. SHOULD I HAVE ANOTHER MISSHAP I WILL BRING MY BUSINESS BACK TO GERBER.

I have been a customer at Gerber Auto body repair, once for extreme hail damage and another time for a small dent and scratch. Both of my visit have had excellent costumer service, and the associates dealing with the claim have been knowledge and estimates have been accurate. When I received both my vehicles back from repair they looked like brand new and I was completely satisfied with the service received. I would highly suggest Gerber for any body damage issues large or small.

I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship done on my 2011 Toyota , Sienna Van. I take good care of my autos and its always been garage kept. when I picked up my auto it looked as if I drove it out of the dealer in 2011. The service manager, Rafael bent over backwards making sure I was pleased with my auto. I would highly recommend this shop to my friends . Much thanks to the Gerber team on 3518 W. 63rd st. Chgo. for their fine work and keeping me informed of the progress they were making on my auto.

The entire staff addressed my concerns at the most professional expertise level that a company can do. I will recommend Gerber collision to the entire south region if a situation abrupted with their vehicle. The Company should be honored for their professional and personal endeavors that they bestow upon every customer that walks through their door. Upon entering the office, I was not feeling well but the radiance of every employee brought sunshine to me. Job well done Gerber employees.

To whom it may concern, I had to let u guys know about the exceptional service i recieved from your store manager at your 63rd street location in Chicago. His name is Rafael G., he is one of the most intelligent, customer 1st focused, patient, knowledge guy i have ever came in contact with in a public facility. Although it was after hours when i came to pick up my 2004 Chevy Blazer there was no rush, he told me everything that was done to my vehicle to repair it, my truck was vacuumed, washed and cleaned like never before, air freshened out and the work performed made my front end look totally brand new and my overall vehicle feel so much better. I really hope that this review reaches the right person so that Rafael and is team is recognized for the superb service that they give because they deserve it!!
