My overall experience with Gerber was superior. The work on my car was excellent, but what was even more impressive was my customer service experience from beginning to end. Tony, the manager, was thorough in explaining the process and interaction with my insurance carrier and me. Eddie was a joy to deal with. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and followed-up with me throughout the process. I cannot say enough about the quality of customer service and work performed by Gerber staff. Thank you to the staff in Plainfield for making a difficult situation such a positive experience. A special thank you to Eddie, keep up the good work!!

I was well informed on the progress of my 2013 Malibu. I was very impressed with the work done on my car. it was returned to me cleaned and a job well done! These guys were great! They kept me informed of the process step by step. They completed the work ahead of schedule and my car looked better than when I brought it. I have never been to a shop that felt like I was dealing with family. 5 stars doesn't do justice it should be 100 for the fantastic servic.
