I took my car in for service on Tuesday 24 jan16 and was promptly greeted by George. He told me that Judy would be out in a moment to talk over my estimate of the car. Judy came out and shook my hand which i didnt expect. We went over everything and ahe told me that she would give me a call on Thursday. She kept her word and called on thursday. My car was ready the same week. I give these guys five stars for customer service, estimated time of repair, and of course work.

5 Stars Car looked great when we received back. The car was repaired within a week. A extra piece was order for us - we stopped back for the piece to be put on which was quick and they even washed the car. Very satisfied with experience.

Your staff at this facility did an outstanding job of repairing the damage to my vehicle. It was a very smooth and fluid process that began the moment my husband and I entered your facility to the day we picked up the repaired vehicle. It was like a new car. I would like to commend and thank them for their diligence in working with my Insurance company to facilitate the completion of this job. Again, THANK YOU so much.

Even got my car done early so I did not have to pay an extra day on a rental since I was paying all the bill myself. Very good service.

This place was ABSOLUTELY amazing. From the time I walked in, I was treated with courtesy, was given a rental car at the Gerber Promo price (i.e. a brand new mini-van to fit my three car seats as requested) and I returned it back within 3 days! The work was done in three days!! Everything was done beyond measure... For example, I opened the car door and the whole inside had been detailed (which I was NOT expecting as I had made a detail appt. for that weekend at another place) and the outside was completely waxed, rims and all. The work done was at an insanely reasonable price and I could not ask for anything better... This place hit it out of the park! Thanks Gerber St. Charles!! :-)
