I have no doubt in my mind to rate this company location +5/5. My loyalty with this company could be traced from the fact that this is the fourth vehicle they have fixed for my household since 2010. First was my SVU 2007 Nissan Murano; followed by my son's 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix GT and my wife's SUV 2007 Subaru B9 Tribeca, and now this Nissan Altima 2.5 SL -- all due to the curtesy and excellent services from your employees or representatives!

On February 18, 2016 I had some scratches on my 2016 Maxima removed at Gerber Collision located in Matteson, IL.. My experience was truly favorable. The service was really GREAT. The personnel exhibited politeness and professionalism. Mario (Service Manager) is extremely knowledgeable and very customer-oriented. He had no problem explaining the type of scratches and the process to remove them. In the event I should need body work performed on one of my vehicles one can be assured I'll be giving Gerber in Matteson, IL. a call. Hopefully Mario will still be there.

Service was efficient and friendly. The work took longer than expected so they gave me a ride home and picked me up later. This was over and above all other shops . The work was 5 star and I will recommend Gerber to all my friends and relatives
