The staff in Plainfield really works as a team. From the front office to the techs in the back everyone was great. The customer service there is outstanding. My lead person was Nick. His professionalism was A-plus. And when Nick wasn't available Eddie stepped in, what TEAMWORK. The manager Tony really runs a smooth operation. I would recommend Gerber in Plainfield to anyone who wants to have satisfying experience.

I work as a quality assurance representative at a global call center and because of this I expect a very high level of customer service and your group in Peoria, Il not only met but exceeded my expectations. The service people were very informative and helpful. Explained what was needed to be done and how long it would take. The care was completed in the promised time and the work was excellent. Also they waited for me to get there after work to pick up the car which was very helpful to me since I work till 5pm and it takes about one hour to get to the collision store. I appreciate their help and care for customers. Thank you.

Anytime your in an accident and need repairs it is always a stressful situation. Thankfully this was my first time with this experience. Gerber made the entire process as smooth and easy as possible. My initial visit with George for an estimate was quick, and well explained. My car was ready ahead of time and was absolutely perfect inside and out. My husband picked it up for me and told me it looked better than it ever had, and that maybe he should get in an accident so his car could look so good!
