brought my car in .Although i was told i could take my car anywhere i wanted i was recommended by my insurance company to try Gerber. Best move ever. The staff was very professional. Mr. Nick Kimbrough was the gentleman that did the inspection for my car and kept me up to date what was going on and when my car would be ready. When my car was ready and i came to pick it up it was cleaned and you couldn't tell what the car was brought in for. Excellent work. I will indeed tell anyone that is in need of body repair about Gerber.

I could not be happier with the service at Gerber in St. Charles, IL. Beginning with the guy who gave me the estimate, to the absolutely helpful and friendly "gal" in the office to the rental car company the service was "top drawer"!! I will always recommend Gerber to anyone! Sad to say, that in this day and age when you are promised something it usually doesn't happen. However, Gerber promised that my car would be done by the end of the day and it was done by mid-morning!! What a happy surprise!!

What a great company! I went over to this location for a check on my car. It was making a little bit of noise. The manager and the staff checked my car and realized my car was leaking oil. Even though they do not do oil changes at this location, the manager called and order a few pints of oil for me to fill it up so I didn't burn my engine out. Now that is customer service. He went above and beyond what he had to do for me. I would recommend this location and company to any of my friends and family. What a great staff to work with.
