I first got an estimate and then filed the claim with State Farm. I then made the appointment. Gerber handled all of the paperwork and arranged for a rental pickup. My car was finished sooner than scheduled and it looks just like new. Everything was done to may satisfaction. I have used this location in the past and will again in the future if needed. I would recommend them to anyone needing body repairs.

Mario was awesome this is the second time I've taken my vehicle in for service and on both occasions the service was outstanding. Everyone's knowledgeable and patient, I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else but Gerber in Matteson and would highly recommend them to family & friends.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the site, the free coffee, and finally that my vehicle was fixed ahead of expected schedule. On top of that, my vehicle's carpet pads were cleaned and my car looked cleaner than when I dropped it off. These guys are really really good, and I would recommend my friends and family to go to GERBER Peoria if ever needed.
