The Peoria, IL location was a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and explained the process, the insurance, the rental ... I have never had body repair and they made it easy. I loved the daily text messages on how the work was progressing. And, my car was ready earlier than expected!

This place is outstanding! I have never had such great work done on my car not to mention the customer service was incredible from the service desk to management. I had work done a few weeks ago and I did have to bring my car back for something minor but the manager Don helped me out he was very friendly and went above and beyond for me and even fixed some other things that weren't part of the reason I came there he had said that he likes to increase the value of cars. I was floored when I picked my car up it was like brand new! The team there is wonderful couldn't have asked for more.
