I contacted Gerber after I filed a claim with my insurance company. My rear window needed replacement as well as the wiper/motor assembly. The girl at the desk (Anna) was very helpful in coordinating the glass (glass division) replacement charges and the wiper replacement (collision division) in a polite and efficient manner. She also contacted the insurance company for expenses to be paid after my deductible of 500.

AWESOME!! With only one car and two teenagers, I needed my vehicle back yesterday, since I was the only one who could drive the rental. Well, these guys not only finished in four business days, I received daily phone calls on the repair progress. Jacqueline G. was amazing in keeping me updated. I've had fender benders over the years, but I do believe this collision repair was done in record time for me. I can't speak highly enough of this Gerber experience.

Very efficient and courteous from the tow to the pick up which was at the 300 Washington La grange, Il location (fixed at the Orland park location). Everything went very smooth. Only I did not get an actual phone call when the car was ready, but rather a text that I didn't get to respond to till Saturday and you were closed. Again, very happy with the service.

I was in an accident and I was told to bring my car to this Gerber by the other persons insurance, I won't say which one it was but it started with an E and ended with "surence". So I brought my car here and Jason did the quote and he was super nice and professional. It took about 8 days to do the work and they kept me informed where they were with it the whole time. When I went to pick up my car Stephanie was at the front desk to help me, when she called the other persons insurance they said that they "never accepted liability" even though they okayed the work to be done and the payment for it. Well at this point I could have been screwed and have to pay for it myself except that Stephanie refused to let that happen. She stayed on the phone until they let her speak to a supervisor and wouldn't stop until they agreed ... to pay. I had to leave while they figured it all out but Stephanie, Amanda and Megan all helped immensely and were super friendly! The next day enterprise called me to tell me that the other insurance refused to pay for the rental car, when I called Gerber Stephanie let me know that Gerber itself opted to pay for the rental! That's amazing! The service here really is amazing! And besides all of that all the work done was perfect! I am really glad that I was sent here and would definitely use their service again, I really appreciate all they've done for me!! read more

This help has saved me from a major family issue and I am returning to this shop to get more serious damage done to my car. I am the most grateful new customer you will ever have.
