Please allow me a few words about my wonderful experience at the Skokie location, 8250 Skokie Blvd. Both Dave and the manager Tom were truly exemplary in their service to me. I was kept up to date on all the time needed to complete the service. And they explained exactly and thoroughly what they were going to do for my car. Being in a collision is never a fun experience, but Gerber Collision and glass at the Skokie location made it almost a pleasant one. Everyone there from the receptionists and the other staff were courteous, kind, and professional. Especially I cannot say enough kind words about David and Tom. And Tom person came out to greet me personally and we walked around the car and he showed me all that was repaired. The car was vacuumed and spotless, and it felt like I was driving away in a new car. I put positive reviews of ... Gerber on Yelp and Google reviews. And I plan to tell everyone I know to get their service done at that particular location. Please send Tom a note of thanks from me, and please let his supervisor at corporate know what a great experience I had there.
