Especially Teresa on the front desk was especially helpful to me when I was really upset. Jesse said I would probably get the car by Friday night and he called my cell # and reached me in time to do a pickup before they closed. I was grateful for the Volvo back because of recent back surgery. Volvo is much more comfortable than a Jeep from Enterprise. Teresa sent the rental car company notice that the rental car was ready for return and I gave her the keys and she took care of it. Such a deal.

This truly is 5 Star service. I went in on a Tuesday for body work and wanted the car Friday. Dina, the estimator explained all the steps that had to be done would take them until Monday. I just said do the best you can. There was a deep mark from "keying vandalism, unrelated to the accident. I had received an estimate from somewhere else and didn't want to spend the extra money. Dina actually called twice to update me with the progress on the car. She then asked if I wanted to fix the Keying scratch and quoted a lower price. I said go ahead. /dina called again to tell me that the car would be ready Friday night. - THIS is how a professional business should be run! Dina made the difference.

Your staff is both helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional is a situation that is at best tense and not pleasant. They are kind and timely in the estimate of repair and assist you through the process. In a 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest) they are 10 plus. A 5 Star location.
