No one likes to have their car in the shop for repairs. However, the experience I received from Nick and Jessica at Gerber was exceptional. They kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs and completed the job ahead of schedule. The car looks great! I have no complaints and, if I need to, will use Gerber again.

Dina M. was outstanding. She was very diligent in her text messages, and phone messages, keeping me updated through every step of the way. She was kind, personable, and made me feel comfortable from the time I first walked into the door, to the time I picked up my car. She also assisted me with facilitating my rental car, and arranged to have it picked up when I returned it. My experience with Gerber, and Dina in particular, was very positive, and my car looks great! They even touched up the scratches for me, which was a nice bonus. Thanks everyone, for making this a great experience!

I appreciated the pleasant, courteous, efficient, and friendly service I received from Paul and your front desk assistant I'm sorry I forgot her name). They kept me informed from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up. I appreciated the calls and texts updates. I can't say enough great things about your staff. Previous to coming there for an estimate, I got another estimate at a shop closeby and guess what, Gerber came in under that! I also appreciated that the car rental facility was right next door. My car looks great too! Thank you so much! I am going to tell everyone and anyone who asks, to go to Gerber for their needs.
