Hi Gerber. I was waiting on my survey and never received it. It's possible that my employer blocked the email from being received for security measures, however; I had to submit my personal feedback for my wonderful experience at the Gerber Collision located at 1060 W. Huron Chicago, Il. 60642. Mr. Carlson B. was absolutely Fantabulous ( made up word - he was both fantastic and fabulous). His professionalism, his courtesy, his vast knowledge, his attitude.... all 6 stars. It took a little while when dealing with the driver that was responsible for the accident insurance however; Mr. Beeman or Carlson as he preferred to be called; was so patient, kind, and understanding. He kept me calm, cool, and collected. Gerber Collision... you did such an awesome job and I want to send a Big hug and thank you to all of your staff who helped me through ... this process and repaired my vehicle. And a special Kiss on the cheek for the awesome Mr. Carlson B. Because of you all, I was able to get my Lil Boo-a.k.a. Baby Redd Chevy Aveo back looking good as ever. Note: Not that I'm hoping for any accidents in the future, but if I do, I know both me and Baby Redd are in good hands. Thanks so much again read more

My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass, and my vehicle. My '04 Liberty Jeep, I was rear ended., needed repairs. Gerber is my insurance's, preferred provider, and once again was a scary time, for me with my car. The team at the Romeoville location, driven by Mike the service manager. Francisco was my estimator, he took me inside the office making sure that I was comfortable, he provided me a written quote. Mike said the repair would be done in approx, 7 business days. He offered to send my car to another location, to have it back sooner, he was a little backed up. I told him I would wait for my vehicle to be repaired by his team. This team of professional were just that, they all represented the shop to the highest quality. They made sure to keep me informed, in every step of the way of the repair. My experience with Gerber was a ... very positive one, even though it did not start that way. I would recommend anyone that needs body work, to go see the Gerber Collision, team in Romeoville, IL . They have the sweetest receptionist, to start the experience. When I picked up my vehicle, as Mike projected, 7 business days. My vehicle had been washed and my jacket that I left was folded neatly on the back seat. My experience was the BEST Thank you all for making it happen! read more

Very friendly staff. They accommodated my schedule for pick-up due to a schedule conflict I had. The car came out better than I expected. They touched up some paint and it looks great. My car is 12 years old and seriously looks 2 years old now.
