I had a collision repair done at this location. I was told that my car would be ready and later in the evening I came to pick it up after hours. The car was way in the back in the dark and was not completely ready. I called the next day and the manager apologized and offered me a wash/wax for the inconvenience. I accepted and just wanted to mention that he turned an unpleasant experience into a positive one. It's not the mistake but how it's rectified that's important and the manager did just that. And special thanks to Gina for making sure I was happy. Thanks all!

Great service. Staff was friendly work was done right and done fast. They took care of everything down to a rental car. The work looks brand new and they even washed my car for me!
