Everyone was sooo friendly!!! From the front desk to a gentleman assisting the front desk. Multiple calls with updates, great! Gentleman who I think was from the back of the shop, happened to come to the front desk and saw me waiting and assisted me promptly!!! Amazing! So friendly!!! Oh, and they washed and vacuumed my car, which was a pleasant surprise!!! My car is brand new!

I drove in looking to make an appointment to get a fog light put back into place. It was hanging by the wires just below the bumper. Bob (if I am remembering his name correctly) laid down on the ground in the parking lot and wrestled it right back into place, there on the spot!! No appointment, no hassle, no charge.
