They each did a great job with keeping me abreast of my repairs, they displayed excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about what it was that I needed. No one is ever happy after an accident but when I came thru the door, the first thing I saw was Abby' smiling face and her eagerness to help me. She explained how the procedure would work, etc. I met the estimator who went over everything and was friendly and answered all my questions, since I am not at all mechanically inclined. Everyone made me feel confident that they could and would do the job well. The professionalism and friendliness of the team impressed me. Gerber is now my new body shop.

The office was a bit "under construction" or "being repaired" (personnel wise) But turn around time was pretty good and the work was excellent. My car is a 2009 and it looks better now than it has for a number of years.

Michelle was very friendly and customer service orientated. Alex did the estimate and with Michelle was able to arrange to take the car in a couple days later in the scheduling. Joe the manger was very helpful in resolving the issue with Nissan on getting the correct power piston for the lift gate for my Nissan Pathfinder, as Nissan kept saying it was the right parts in their book, but was actually not. This location has Great employees that know how to provide Customer Service and Joe the Manager is doing a wonderful job in making sure the customer feels good about their service. I have been to some other auto body repair locations and I have seen where there is not so good of the service. i would always bring my car if it ever needs service back to Gerber Body Shop in Aurora, Illinois on Lake Street. Done a Terrific job on my car!

I had a "brush up" on the back and side of my brand new BMW that left white paint on the side of the car over a slight indentation. Gary W. looked at the car and had one of your guys take the paint off the car while I waited so that we could better see the indentation and decide what repairs needed to be done. I ended up deciding not to do anything since the indentation was very slight. I was so pleased that Gary was empathetic with my situation, he did not try to "sell" me on the repair, but instead made me feel very fortunate that I chose Gerber as the place to stop. I have worked with you before for too many repairs over the years (4 drivers, many cars), so I will continue to use Gerber when we have a problem. Thanks to Gary for making my day!

Gerber was amazing! My car was fixed in about 2 weeks, all the while Gerber left me voicemails tracking progress. My car was even fixed a little ahead of schedule. Gerber made this as painless as a car accident could be.
