I want to give a Big "Thank You" to Bill and the people and Gerber Collision, Round Lake IL. We had recently been displaced by a house fire, and was living in a hotel a few towns away. Which was bad enough, but we were managing. Then just before school started, my 17 yr old son got in a small accident. Nobody hurt, but the car needed some work, and quickly, because he needed to get to school there wasn't a bus to pick him up at the hotel. On top of that, we needed our older son to help take our younger son to school too. Bill was able to get us in and repaired very quickly (I think it just a few days, certainly it was less than a week). He was so nice, and helped me out when things just were not going my way.Thank You Bill V. and all the people at the Round Lake facility You Guys Rock !!!!!!

Everybody was fantastic. The guy who quoted me (Ryan) was really quick, and the woman at the front desk (Jennifer) was fantastic. She answered all my questions no matter how many times I called and was really quick to reply back to me if I missed her. All in all the service here was really fast and really thorough. My matched my paint color exactly, which is fantastic because its in the middle of silver and blue.

Hector M. has twice helped me by taking care of some marks on my car that I couldn't remove with rubbing compound. He had me in and out in about 15 minutes, even without an appointment. Also, I offered him $10 as a "thank you," but he refused to accept it.Also, I want to praise Libby at the desk. She has always been pleasant and kind and has taken care of me, even when I didn't have an appointment.
