Tino and all of the staff were very professional. I had a bumper in need of paint repair. Not only did the staff provide a fair estimate, they were able to get my vehicle in that very same day and it was done within 24 hours. I received text messages updating the progress on the vehicle. The repairs were perfect and are warrantied for as long as I own the vehicle. Highly recommend this company and location.

Gerber did a wonderful job on my Honda CR-V. The rental process went smoothly and Chris F. was very helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable and left me update messages which I really appreciated. The woman at the front desk was also very nice and very helpful. I'm sorry I do not know her name. The Enterprise rental rep was also very professional and helpful. Gerber definitely made a difficult time much easier. Thank you.

The Downers Grove, IL location has ALWAYS been stellar: in customer service, timeliness of repair, and quality of repair. Everyone from the employees at the front desk to the porters are respectful of my time and concerns. I've used this location 3-4 times in the past 8 years, and I will continue to do so. If I could give this place (and staff) more stars, I would! My alternator decided to go out as I was driving home on December 30th. I had my son in the car and coasted into the parking lot of Gerber. I knew that this was a collision & glass place, but thought they would maybe be able to help me even if it was just calling a tow truck. Stephanie at the front desk was amazing. She was so nice and friendly, especially to a flustered mom with a very active 2 year old! She spoke with her manager, Ron, and despite him being EXTREMELY busy with end-of-the-year work, he went out to my car, knew immediately it was my alternator and told me that he would make an exception to help me out and see if he could get the parts in and get my car finished before the end of the day.
