Professional and courteous service was provided to me from the moment I dropped off my car for an estimate through the time I picked up my repaired vehicle. An important reason for me to select Gerber (besides its well-known reputation) was that the estimate for the repair was $600 LESS than another body shop! An expert job was performed on the car; plus, it was ready two days earlier than originally projected! Everything was done to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thank you, Gerber!

Very professional, friendly service, clear information. After vehicle was dropped off, they kept me informed of the progress and the estimated time the work would be done. The time it took to fix my car was less than estimated. They were also very helpful in contacting the car rental company.
