While it is true that taking one's car in for collision repair is never a happy circumstance, I must say that all three of my encounters with Gerber have been excellent.The staff is courteous, efficient, and does excellent work. Today, I walked in with paint scrapes on my car that were made by a careless driver while I was in a store, shopping. Mark S. absolutely made my day (my week, my month!!!) by suggesting that the white paint on my silver car could be removed with paint thinner. It worked like a charm! I was not charged for this service, and for sure, I am one happy customer. I hope that I don't need auto repairs anytime soon, but if I do, I will be a customer of Gerber in Buffalo Grove. I highly recommend this business!
