If I could give this place (and staff) more stars, I would! My alternator decided to go out as I was driving home on December 30th. I had my son in the car and coasted into the parking lot of Gerber. I knew that this was a collision & glass place, but thought they would maybe be able to help me even if it was just calling a tow truck. Stephanie at the front desk was amazing. She was so nice and friendly, especially to a flustered mom with a very active 2 year old! She spoke with her manager, Ron, and despite him being EXTREMELY busy with end-of-the-year work, he went out to my car, knew immediately it was my alternator and told me that he would make an exception to help me out and see if he could get the parts in and get my car finished before the end of the day.
