I had a very positive experience at the Gerber Collision & Glass location in Downers Grove, Illinois. Tino N. was extremely attentive and his follow up was great. The two receptionists were also very helpful when I called to schedule an appointment and to follow up on the status of my car. Lastly, they were kind enough to provide porter service for me to get to work while my car was in for service. I would highly recommend their location and team!

Extremely professional, friendly and customer-focused organization. Everything went so smoothly from the first call to schedule my estimate, the daily status updates, the rental car delivery & drop off to picking up my car. It looks like new and I am completely satisfied with the repairs. Added bonus - my car was perfectly clean when I picked it up and all the repairs are guaranteed.
