Done in exactly the amount of time and for the exact amount of money quoted to me. Easy drop off and pick up and coordination of my rental as well. Friendly staff that always kept me in the loop. Even cleaned the interior, which I did not expect, and left the $20 that they found in my car when cleaning it in my cup holder!

This company rocks! They were so kind to me as I am an older lady with a handicap. They opened the office door for me and had a warm greeting. The work on my car was awesome. Looks brand new! The day I picked up my car it was icy outside and the man started my car to warm it up and came back in to walk me to my car. He then put my walker in my trunk. The customer service was awesome

Cory and his team are always so knowledgeable and helpful. Always happy to answer questions. I was kept updated weekly, sometimes twice a week, regarding my repair. And, of course, the work they did was exceptional and completed in a timely manner.

I recently brought in my truck to be repaired after it had significant hail damage. The crew at Gerber were helpful and professional from the start. They worked very well with my insurance to take care of the damage and get the replacement parts to get my truck back to normal. While the teuck was being fixed, they noticed that I had a brake line that had rusted thru and was leaking brake fluid. They called and told me and said they could have a tow truck bring it back to their shop to finish the last few things they had left. I then asked if I could come and fix the brakes while it was at their shop. They not only let me, but brought my truck inside so I could work on it in a heated building, since it was around 10 degrees outside. We got the vehicle back before the estimated date. The car looks better than it did before the accident. The only way to tell what was replaced is that some of the parts are cleaner than the old parts. They cleaned an buffed the entire exterior of the car. They also vacuumed and cleaned the interior. I did not expect that. Well done!

I have never before dealt with a auto body service that was so professional, yet so friendly and courteous. They did the work in the time that they estimated it would take and the communications via phone calls and texts throughout the time they worked on my car were OUTSTANDING. I didn't have to chase after my questions on their progress they let me know instead. Great job, guys !!!

They did an awesome job repairing my bumper!! They also washed my car outside AND inside!! I was a little embarrassed when I got my car and realized they cleaned the inside because I dropped it off very messy in my backseat. But they bagged all my junk and put it in my trunk and cleaned away! Great service overall. ?

I must let you know how GREAT the service was at your Matteson Location. Mario P. really helped me with constant updates on the collision repairs and got my car back in a very timely manner, even though they had so many cars with damage to complete. I was scheduled to leave town on the 4th of Jan. and your team at the Matteson location made sure I was able to received my car before I left town. I cannot thank them enough for their expertise and professionalism. My car also looks fantastic. I have done business with Mario previously and when I needed body work this time I requested this location through my insurance company. Excellent, Excellent!
