Concetta H. was fabulous to work with. All of her correspondence (email and phone) was clear and professional. My car repair was completed in fewer that 72 hours, so I did not have to go through the hassle of renting a loaner vehicle. Great quality of work on the repair. I found the customer service to be excellent. You kept me informed throughout the process of repair. The estimated time for repair was 3-4 days. The car was finished and delivered in two days. I greatly appreciate the turn around. I found Mike to be very professional and helpful.

Gerber informed me how to manage getting a rental car and get my car to their shop. Employees were very nice, atmosphere was relaxing, and location was convenient. The day I dropped off my car, there was freezing rain. A nice young employee spreading salt gave me his arm and helped me across the frozen parking lot to the door. He also helped with my bags that I needed to put in the rental car for my job. Email updates were a nice touch and the car was ready much earlier than expected. GOOD JOB GERBER!
