This is the most professional auto body shop I have ever dealt with. I was updated constantly and the staff is very patient and professional. They did an excellent job on the repair. But, I was most impressed with the detail job they did inside and out. My car hasn't been this clean inside since I purchased it. In fact, I'm sure they did a better job than the dealership. I had forgotten what my wheels looked like. They made me love my car again!

George and all other staff were extremely courteous, prompt, and transparent about the work. I appreciated their attention to detail, and their open and honest responses to my questions. It's definitely the best experience I've ever had with an auto body shop! Last year, our minivan was hit and we used the other State Farm-approved body shop just down the street, and that was a mistake. I chose Gerber when we were hit again a few days ago, and I'm very glad I did!

Instead of typical grumpier mechanics, he was 100% customer service oriented. Fast, efficient, got my part and got it done quickly in PERFECT shape. You guys rock!
