I normally go through dealer repair shops to get parts and product repair for OEM. NEVER AGAIN! Dimitri A.(I think I spelled that right) was totally FIRST CLASS. Instead of typical grumpier mechanics, he was 100% customer service oriented. Fast, efficient, got my part and got it done quickly in PERFECT shape. You guys rock! Dimitri is a professional through and through and will go a long way in this company.

I was really impressed with the quality of work done by Gerber Collision after someone damaged one of my rear lights and rear bumper. Joe (Gerber's adjuster I believe) was great and looked over the damage. And then the actual work was impressive. With my new bumper and rear light, the car looks like it had, and actually even better. Appreciate the work very much.

I even was taken home by their porter and when the truck was ready he picked me up too. Now that is super customer service. And did I mention the job of fixing my vehicle was top notch. Mario P. and his team are the reason I select Gerber for my collision repairs. He has serviced my car three times and each time, there is a level of satisfaction greater then the previous time. It is apparent and Mario is the best General Manager there is and he is the reason I keep coming back when I unfortunately am in an accident. I know my car will get the best service with the highest quality repairs. I continue to tell all I know that Gerber and specifically Mario P. serviced my vehicle on the repairs and refer them to him. Nearly a year later when I thought there was additional damage (from a new event), Gerber was able to help me resolve the issue in a very cost efficient manner.
