Everyone there was very friendly and helpful explaining the process when dropping off your vehicle. I was updated on everything with the collision repair either with a call or text, i was very happy with that. I have been with them before and so far i wouldn't go anywhere else . Estimator and staff were competent, personable and patient. Communication during the repair was frequent and included an updated/additional damage estimate left to my discretion to act upon (no pressure or "sell"). This shop's service and work several years ago were excellent and this holds true with my recent transaction.

I have used Gerber Collision at this location several times. Their work is impeccable! They keep me informed along the process take the time they need to get the job right. I especially want to compliment Gina and Casey. I feel like they treat me like their BFF's! They deserve huge raises for the work they do. They know about customer service. That's why I always insist on Gerber Collision at this location when needed. I met a new employee on my last visit, Anna Bell at the front desk. She was fabulous as well.
