Very good customer service! Chris was good with explaining what was going to be done to the vehicle as well as what could be expected after they had the vehicle. Madison was good also very informative and gracious. As an added bonus the vehicle was ready two days early! Very good looking job with the bumper.

The service and quality of workmanship is always superior at Gerber and I had a particularly great experience at the Chicago Huron location with my recent repairs. I want to particularly compliment Aaron C., who went out of his way to buff out a scratch on my car door, in addition to all the other work that had to be done to make my car look great. He really made my day and made me smile! I have always recommended Gerber and will continue to do so.

Had been hit from behind with rear end damage to my vehicle. I have used other companies before to repair the damage and was not happy. My biggest issue is being kept informed. I have to say, Gerber Collision and Glass has become our new body shop for our company. What a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I was taken care of by Krystian S. and from my first appointment, he reviewed everything, updated me on the repair daily, took care of the payment with the insurance company and even set me up with a rental from Enterprise located next door.
