JOSEPH THE GM / OFFICE BOSS / ALSO WAS GREAT ADN UPON PICK UP TOLD ME TO RETURN IF ANYTHING WAS OFF. AND THERE WAS ONE THING OFF SO I RETURNED THE FOLLOWING MON AND THEY RESOLVED THE PROBLEM IN HALF HOUR. GREAT EXPERIENCE

I want to give a big Thank You to Cody M. for helping us replace a 15 year old door handle for our Honda minivan. The replacement handle arrived in the wrong color but Cody had his techs paint it the correct color to match our 2002 Oddy. It looks great. I am very pleased with the service that I received at Gerber. I took my car into the shop for a paint job to be completed on my bumper. Aaron C. and his team did an outstanding job by completing the paint job in 2 days! Aaron went above and beyond his duty to make sure that my car was properly restored and to make sure that I am a completely satisfied customer. If you need your car repaired, I suggest that you go to Gerber and ask to see Aaron! You won't regret it!

Everyone I came in contact with was not only pleasant, they got me in and out as fast as possible. Their efficiency was amazing. The car looks great - I can't tell there was any damage. They also finished it days sooner than originally estimated. This is the second time I've gone to them and both times they made a difficult situation less troublesome.
