I don't even know where to begin.... I get there and I am besides myself and don't know where to start with getting my car fix. The girls are like no worries first. 1) made sure I was in the system 2) called rental place for me to have come pick me up but then realized I needed car seat to take my daughter. So instead of changing the car seat in and out, the General Manager said I will drive your car there with you and your daughter with me and I will drop you to the car rental so all you have to do is get your rental and switch the car seat one time. Not only did he drive me and my daughter to the rental he made sure I had my new car and my daughter and I were safe to go before he took my car back to the shop to get fixed. The updated me every other day letting me know they were on time with the process of fixing my car. The girls in the ... shop were so helpful and kind. Then when my car was fixed they texted and called to let me know. Once I was there to pick up my car the girl (sorry bad with names) helped me Empty my rental and put everything in my car. She went over all that they did with fixing my car and it looked beautiful... just like it was brand new. Not only the outside was clean but the inside was vacuumed and wiped down. It even smelled new. I did not even have to go bring my rental car back, the girls called the place and said please come to pick up. I got in my car and happily drove off. This place exceeded my expectations and then some. They went above and beyond customer service. They cared and really pride themselves with excellent care and quality repairs. I have had service at this location several times, I maintain a fleet of vans. Anna and Wendy are always very professional, helpful and friendly, and get the job done right and in a timely manner. They are truly a pleasure to deal with in situations that are not always happy ! I am kept updated on the status and timeline of the repairs and quickly advised of any changes if they occur.

The service at this location is GREAT! The staff is very helpful and friendly. They keep me up to date on what is happening step by step. My car was ready before the original date stated. This never happens. I will recommend Gerber to everyone.
