I have used this Gerber location on several occasions. All work has been top notch. Customer Service is fantastic and I just couldn't be more pleased with the service. I highly recommend Gerber to my family and friends.

I came to Gerber to get an estimate for a small smash on my 2016 Nissan Frontier. While the damage was smaller than dime there was bare metal showing and rust present. (In less than two weeks.) The estimator (Dimitri A.) started the formal estimate, and offered to clean and touch up the damage for free! I couldn't believe it..I asked Dimitri what he would do if this were his car. He checked on the full blown estimate (over $300), and then said he would just touch it up. I said - make it so. He took my car in the back. Within 10 minutes the touch up was done, and was on my way..What can I say? I was amazed by the whole experience. I will definitely come back to Gerber whenever I need body repair work done on any of my vehicles. Thanks Dimitri!!!

Is it possible to give 10 stars? The staff was so kind and efficient! They provided the epitome of customer service which is so rare these days. They even put back on my bumper which was hanging. I definitely recommend Gerber and this location. I live in Chicago but traveled to Orland Park to this location and it was well worth it. My car looks amazing! Star quality service!

The customer service at Gerber Collision is some of the best. They always keep you informed about the completion of your vehicle's repairs. It's a shame that 1 week free car rental is no longer offered.

This place was amazing. They kept me updated by texts and phone calls almost daily. They estimated a longer repair time but it was fixed in 5 days. We even added an extra repair mid way and it was still completed earlier than expected. The body work was amazing. You can't tell anything. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Thank you

Service was great, only took two days. Got my car back cleaned and detailed. My 2002 car looks brand new. Do you offer to clean and detail only? You should, you guys do an excellent job.

I had paintless dent repair done on my car due to hail damage, so the PDR job was contracted out to a 3rd party; however, Gerber handled the entire process between the 3rd party, myself, and my insurance. Robert and the front of the house staff were very friendly. Robert did a great job explaining the process of PDR and the billing process. The only thing I think they can improve on is a more communication. The PDR company did not get to work on my vehicle the date of my appointment so a phone call or email would have been nice. All in all, it was a fine experience and I will go back to this location again for future business. They also washed an detailed the inside of my car!

Excellent, my second time around getting my car repaired at this place due to another accident. The staff from the front desk to behind the scenes have been great. The car looks like it did when I bought it "NEW" Appreciate the fast turn a round time for repair and no hassle updates and friendly staff all the way. Nice enough to take care of a defective battery while in the shop to was a helpful plus too!! Highly Recommend this place if you need auto body work done. Thanks For an Excellent Job!
