I'm a actually late as far as giving a great review with the Staff at this office. Diana and Jose are AWESOME!!!! Very helpful and respectful. I got my car fixed here through my insurance company once. Then I came in again to have my side mirror fixed for my truck and Diana and Jose helped me out to the fullest!!! They both worked around my schedule and made the situation very convenient for me. My rate for them both is an A+!!!!

After my car was damaged due to an accident, I chose Gerber, and would gladly go back, and will highly recommend to family and friends. Their customer service is THE best, hands down. I was told in detail everything that would be done. I received text and phone call updates on my repair status. I was very pleasantly surprised when they called to let me know my car was done earlier than expected. The work is outstanding, It looks like new! They even cleaned and detailed it for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful....this is one happy customer!!

Last summer I went to Gerber Collision & Glass for the first time. I had a slight accident and did some damage to my passenger door ( I misjudged a turn and sideswiped my door on my own on a post ). General Manager Don H. and his staff fixed up my car like new. I was very pleased with the service that I received. On the 11th of March my car driver door mirror was vandalized while I was at work. The following week I went back to Don at the Oak Forest location and ordered a new mirror. The work done was top quality and I am very pleased. I did not go through insurance because I have a five hundred dollar deductable. With this said, I took a big hit on this vandalism. I am now going to save up a bit to have my driver door refinished and a dent removed ( the broken mirror caused a dent and some scratches ). Once again, I will be going to ... read more

My Jeep though 22 years old means quite a lot to me. Although the insurance company totaled him out after a recent accident I was determined to keep and repair him. After having gone to another shop and getting an outrageous estimate, my Allstate agent suggested Tony C. ' Gerber Collision in Plainfield. Tony and his group of professionals are absolutely top notch. My Jeep was repaired in a short time in spite of the fact that it was tough to find parts for him due to his age. And what a beautiful job they did. There is absolutely nothing I am dissatisfied about. I can say without a doubt I won't be going anywhere else but Gerber Plainfield if the need arises again. Thanks Tony, and to all your group, for giving my Jeep back to me.
