Excellent job estimating, then following through with the insurance company, getting my car fixed and keeping me updated the whole way. T.J. along with Stacey, who runs the front desk, were efficient, know their business, and nice to deal with. Highly recommend their company.

Came in for hail damage repair. Even though a dent was missed, Jerry's kindness and phenomenal customer service blew me away. I don't mind bringing my car back once the piece is ordered, he said he can install it within 20 minutes. Jerry also went above and beyond helping me find the correct gaskets I want for my car. Our son had his family's mini-van repaired at the Gerber shop on N. Western Ave. (broken glass and repair ignition) after thieves attempted to steal his van by breaking the glass and trying to jimmy the ignition. I picked his van up for him and was so pleased with the quality of work that was done on the van, but also the staff's service. After picking up the van, the manager of the shop noticed a leak in one of the tires and arranged to have it patched on the spot to accommodate me in a gesture that went above and beyond expectations. Thank you Gerber.

Robert and the Gerber team at the Rt. 59 location were great to work with. They walked me through the whole process and kept me up to date on progress while the car was being repaired. After having my car for a little over a week to replace the tailgate and trim, my car looked just like new.

My estimator, Javier Salgado and the team at this location were great to work with. I was rear ended so this was extremely frustrating to have to pay to get repair work done, but Javier and his team were super communicative and proved regular updates by phone and text. In addition their portal for keeping up to date status on my repair was very easy to follow. Javier walked me through his estimate at the beginning and walked me through the finished repairs. He was also always available to speak and did his best to answer my questions. Javier and the rest of the Romeoville team are great. I hope I never need to come back, but they have a life long referral from me!

I had a sideview mirror replaced. The service was excellent as always. I had my right side mirror replaced and they went above and beyond as always. I've had services done with Gerber in the past on other vehicles, and the service has always been top notch. If I need to service any of my vehicles again for this type of work I will definitely come back here to have it done. Very fair prices too without using insurance.
