They communicated to me through the whole process of the repair. The job itself was great cannot see the damage on the car. Clean and organize shop. Staff very friendly. It was at times hard to leave messages on the machine.

I brought my car in with a basketball size dent. I had almost convinced myself that due to the age of my car I might have to live with the dent. Gerber's estimator looked at the car and asked me if had 15 minutes to spare.15 minutes later, the car gets pulled up at the front door. The dent was gone! No charge!! These guys are fantastic.
