From start to finish, Gerber is A+ all the way. They coordinated my real pick up and drop off, dealt with the paper work and then it was time for the actual work. First. They were done a head of schedule. There was a change in the estimate and they worked with my insurance company. I was called regularly with updates and all of my questions were answered. I could not have asked or thought of better. I would like to single out a few people that were instrumental in making the process as painless to me as possible. First is Dani. She took care of the estimation and kept in contact with me and I always felt like I was in good hands. Second is Devin. Excellent Customer Service from the minute I walked in the door. Greeting me immediately. Front desk alerted the adjuster (Kahdeejah K.) and he went over the whole process of giving the estimate to picking the car up when completed. They had Enterprise for transporation for rental and drop off and pick up complimentary. Very happy with the body work! Would definately refer this Gerber to friends and family!
