The customer service was outstanding! I was able to set up an appointment and they ended up inspecting my car, which only took about 30 minutes. I left my car and they actually got the job done early. I was sent updates via text message and also received a call. The repairs look great and everything is functioning.

I was freaking out after I was rear-ended by another car two weeks ago. The people at this location were SO friendly and reassured me that my car would be good as new. I received continuous calls and text message updates from them regarding the process. They billed insurance directly and hooked me up with a rental company on the spot. It was incredibly easy! My car looks good as new! They really paid attention to every little detail. Getting into a car accident was such a headache, but Gerber made a difficult thing so much easier to deal with.

Stephanie the estimator is a pleasant person to do business with. Donald H. is a great person to do business with. Handles problems promptly and satisfies the customer. If I need aditional body or glass work in the future, this IS my place to get it done.
