I arrived a few minutes before the shop opened and was greeted promptly with enthusiasm, I was taken care of in a short amount of time, even the rental car was ready for me. The shop foreman and myself went out to look over my auto, and discuss for a few moments. I picked up auto the next day and the work done is terrific. The employees there are very friendly!

I had an awesome experience with the Halsted/Chicago shop. Chris and Madison were great to work with. They wer professionall at all times. These two individuals are the type of employees a company needs to retain and value. They both "Raised the Bar" in my opinion on customer service The type of Customer Service I have not seen in quite sometime. A personal thanks to the two of you for making this repair process a great experience and executed flawlessly!

Gerber redone our total front end and hood. Toyota Avalon White Glitter Paint. It's just like new. A great job and they gave us a day it would be complete and it was. This is the 2nd time we have had work done by Gerber at 2 different locations, Plainfield and Romeoville. They were perfect.
