The molding strip on the back door of my Odyssey was not fully attached. Dimitri A. examined it as saw one of the tabs holding it in place was broken. He took the vehicle into the shop and discovered a way to hold it in place without replacing anything, He did a 10 minute solution--without any charge--a very good outcome. Thank you Dimitri!!!

Once again I am pleased that I took my car to Gerber for the repair of some body damage. Every aspect of their service - whether it be interacting with their receptionist, the estimator, or the actual outcome - is top notch: I couldn't have asked for anything better. Their restoration was so perfect that I cannot tell that any damage had been done. The car was ready earlier than promised. Gerber assisted with the car rental as well, and coordination of the claim with my insurance company couldn't have been easier. Although I dread the need for auto body repair, it is Gerber that makes the experience as pain-free as possible.
