Jorge G. did my estimate for my damage on my car. He was very polite and detailed on what my car needed. David H. did the actual repairs on my car. He called me everyday with an update on my car and called when they needed to add an item to be repaired. He was also polite and detailed. I was very please with the results in my repairs to my car. The repairs were done in a timely manner. It looks like brand new. My car was also cleaned on the inside and outside, which I was not expecting. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone!!

I got into slight accident where a person scratched my front bumper where I didn't even need fixing but the scratches were pretty noticeable. After Raul helped by buffing it, its almost gone. Thank you always for your excellent customer service and care.

I would like to give this facility 10 stars! I have never had such pleasant and helpful service from any other auto repair/maintenance facility. From Sandra at the front desk to Humberto C. who walked me through the initial process to manager Matt H., who went over the repairs when I picked up the car, I couldn't have felt more like a valuable customer. Their consistent attentiveness turned an aggravating experience into an acceptable process. They even managed to get the work done so quickly that I didn't have to rent a car. I believe excellent service is tied to the philosophy and practices of the manager and that Matt deserves a special commendation for the overall excellence of his staff and their work.
