i had an appointment at 1:00 pm a got there at 12:55 the girl at front desk was very nice and told me someone will take your car to replace the lower shield and replace the LT Fender liner and it should take about 30 minutes or so. the car was ready as promised and i told the front desk girl thank you very much for the service and the time frame promised. this is the way business should be. thank you so very much you got a customer very satisfied and the word will go around

Great job at making the necessary repairs, and getting it done within a specific time frame! The guys stayed late to get it done so that I could still take my vehicle out of town! That's true dedication at its finest! Also, assisted in dealing with the car rental when a situation came about. A BIG THANK YOU for that!
