Such a professional and wonderful experience. Almost too good to be true. I personally loved the text message updates and the fast service. I picked up my car and it was not only fixed, but cleaned and everyone had a smile on their face. Thank you so much for the great service!

This is a long time coming. I was pushed off the road and ripped up the bottom of my car. These guys mot only did a great job with the repair BUT the owner brought me back my car because I was stuck working late everyday. He really went out of his way for me. Then the place I bought my car was suppose to get all these tiny dings off my hood, they made it even worse. The owner offered to drop me at work, take my car, see what he could do and get it all washed and cleaned for me. So crazy busy, never got a chance to take him up on it. Have to say, true old ethics in this place. They build relationships, not just their pocket. HIGHLY recommend this location! Thanks all of you, my dog LOVED all of you too. You rocked it!

My car was extremely damaged after an accident, and it was returned to me spotless. My car looked better than ever! Not only were the workers thorough on fixing what the accident had caused, they also went through several checks and found more errors throughout the vehicle, which were exceptionally fixed. I would recommend using Gerber Collision & Glass if you want an excellent job to be done and if you want skilled and highly trained professionals working on your vehicle.

Awesome...from the time I pulled up until the time I left...approx. 2 weeks. All the personnel I came in contact with were great...Ryan...Sandra was fantastic, keeping me informed almost daily; and manager Matt was phenomenol. Will recommend Gerber all the time!!!!

The folks at Gerber in South Elgin did a wonderful job repairing my car. From the front office staff, to the manager to the technicians, everyone was pleasant and professional. They answered all of my questions and explained what had been done to my car. They show great attention to detail and take pride in their work. My car was even ready several days earlier than what insurance had estimated. Hopefully, I won't need to have any future body work, but if I ever did, you can bet I'd go back to Gerber in South Elgin and will recommend them without hesitation.

The process for the estimate and repair was handled very professionally. Mr.G took great care to make sure I understood what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. I asked about some additional work and he called me back with the additional cost which I approved. We are very pleased with the work done. I appreciate the courtesy shown to me by Mr. G and will be recommending GERBER to my family and friends.

Just picked up my car at the above location after having them replace the back bumper that was " scuffed " by a driver at a stop light. I must commend this facility for being the most professional from the initial appraisal thru the completion of repair. Kudos to Annabelle their receptionist for helping me with the necessary paperwork that had to be filled out. A special thank you to Rachael H. their estimator who kept me informed of the specific work that was being done on the car and taking me thru the entire process. To all the others (porters, body technicians, painters, etc.) your work was absolutely amazing and I thank you all. The only regret that I have is that I could not give you more than 5 "stars". Count on me to be one of those who will "HIGHLY WRECK-OMMEND" you to others!

I was blown away by the thorough estimate and work done as well as the outstanding customer service! I loved that I could get a rental on site and really appreciated the great detailing job they did on my car when the work was complete!
