I had my BMW repaired at Gerber Auto in Aurora and was completely satisfied by their service. I would like to comment on the professionalism of their personnel. Joseph S. explained the estimate as well as the time it would take for the repairs. The receptionist Michelle was very courteous and prompt waiting on me to schedule the appointment, as well as explaining the rental car pick up. I would recommend this location if you are in need of repairs. I am very particular about my car and they exceeded my expectations! Thank You.

From the moment I brought my car in Gerber answered the call. So helpful from the friendly front desk gentleman to the lady that checked the damage. The repairs were done so fast I didn't get to enjoy the loaner car too much! Fast service. They emailed me to let me know how they were coming along with my car. The work they did was impeccable ! I felt so calm with the whole process. And they even washed my car. Inside too! What a pleasant surprise. I would come to them again if I ever needed their help!!!
