Management / customer care executive was responsive and provided update on the queries. But the repair took more than expected time. If they could have repaired the vehicle earlier then it would have much appreciated

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, they walked me through everything including rental vehicle. The appraisal was perfectly explained and the cost to repair was exact. I'm a senior citizen with a husband who is bedridden so everything falls on me to handle which is new to me. Gerber Collision made my experience so much easier. The repair work they did was perfect and seamless. Thank you all so very much.

I have never had a vehicle worth fixing before, so I was guided along as to how it worked and how I would have a rental waiting and they were all so very helpful. When I came back to get my vehicle Matt L. was very helpful and nice. He brought in the light up stall and we looed over it together to make sure every thing was good. I was very impressed.

Nancy at the front desk greeted me with a feeling that customers really count. I was impressed with Elise's attention to detail and friendly manor. When my car was ready I met Rick the Production Manager. The quality of workmanship was certainly rated 10+. If necessary I will return to Gerber and the team at Downers Grove.

I had used Gerber in Glenview before for another car. So when I needed collision repair it was so great that I didn't have to go to different shops and get estimates and not be sure of the quality, as my car is only 1 and 1/2 years old. There was no question where to go. I went to Gerber and got an estimate, and State Farm did not ask for a 2nd estimate. Every person I spoke with either in person or by phone made me feel as if I was their only customer. Each staff member listened very carefully to my concerns, which is so rare these days to find in customer service. The morning my car was to be ready, they noticed a small air bubble in the paint, so my car was repainted, and was ready the following day. Excellent experience! Staff was very friendly and informative and everything happened so easily. I was provided with a rental car while waiting a few days for the repair and didn't have to worry about anything. So glad I chose this place because of the friendly customer service & excellent repair work done for me. I will definitely be recommending to others!! :)
