Nancy in the front office has the perfect personality for this type of job, she was knowledgeable, thorough, followed through on every detail, followed up and all while offering a warm friendly smile. Dave the estimater did a great job too, followed up and was very thorough insuring that my car was repaired properly right down to the final walk through and explanation of repairs.
