Vehicle damage is always unpleasant. But when you have professionals like Gerber at your back, the experience is much less painful. They have the best, most knowledgeable and courteous service personnel in the industry. You can always count on them for a speedy, thorough and fair inspection and assessment. Repairs, in my opinion, are far superior to any dealer. I've never been disappointed with the quality of their service.

Wonderful experience with Gerber. Tony kept me updated throughout the entire process. He was also patient with me with any questions I had. When I picked the car up, Skip went over each part of the car that had to be repaired & explained what they did. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & while I hope I never need a big car repair again, I would go to them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Gerber!!

I wish to mention that Bob J., the estimator, at your Skokie branch at 8250 N. Skokie Blvd. was outstanding in his service to me concerning the collision from another car into mine. John, production manager, recurrently kept checking an ongoing problem making sure that it was truly fixed and indeed did so himself. Corey as a customer service agent was so very friendly and supportive.

I have had great service at this location. They have taken good care of me and not taken advantage of me either. I had some work done, which I was having to pay for. We thought I was going to need an expensive part replaced to fix the issue. It turned out that all I needed was a $30 belt replaced, which is what I was told and everything works wonderfully now.
