Chris G. was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very professional and timely in communications. He made sure that all my needs were met and that I was properly taken care. I have never received service like this at any other auto-boy repair shop! You can tell he cares about his customers and is enthusiastic about his service. I decided to come to Gerber because of an interaction I had with one of the employees the week before. Something was dangling from the bottom of my car and I stopped to see what they could tell me. It was just a cover to something that had broken loose. He got under the car and fixed it with a plastic tie with no charge to me. I decided this was an honest place to do business with and set up an appointment to bring my car in to be repaired. Not only were the office staff professional and knowledgeable, but they we're friendly, too. When I got in my car I saw that it was thoroughly cleaned like new! I was so impressed. I'm telling my friends about my experience!

Gerber did a great job. Very good with the handling of the repairs and made sure it was done right. I have a new suspension on my front end of the car. Mark W. was straight forward and professional in our discussions even though it took a while to get my car back because they found concerns and problems beside what the damages were to my car I got frustrated but he always made me look at the situiation with a positive out come that the car would be like new when finished with the repairs.

Rick K. and his team did an incredible job. After another shop did their best but was unable to remedy the issues satisfactorily, Rick and his team analyzed the remaining challenges, in an exacting fashion corrected them, and now I feel like my car is just like I would have wanted from the start. Looks like new. I will be taking my vehicles to Rick and the team in the future as this is how service should be.

I was continually informed of the status and next steps. Everyone at the facility was really nice to work with, from the front desk, to the Estimator, and the shop auto body repair people as well.
